Tasting notes

Straw-yellow color with golden hues, with fine-grained perlage and great density. On the nose a beginning represented by blond notes such as brioche and freshly baked bread, slowly lets express a broad bouquet made of white flowers, acacia, vanilla and white pepper.

Food pairings

Dry pastry dripping with cream lends itself to the provocative idea of serving it with blue cheeses or very spicy cuisines. Serving temperature 7-8°C. Sugars are the result of the natural sweetness of the musts and are measurable in 100 g/L.
